We take responsibility for everything, including: initial advertising, referencing, drawing up/signing of the tenancy, deposit compliance, inventory and showing the tenant into the property.

Once the tenant has moved in we arrange rent collection, repairs and regular property inspections.

At the end of the tenancy we will see the tenant out and make sure your property is returned in good order. 

2Introduction service

We take responsibility for initial advertising, referencing, drawing up/signing of the tenancy, deposit compliance, inventory, initial rent recollection and showing the tenant into the property. At which point management of the property is then handed over to the landlord.
